It's very difficult to find jobs on the Freight Market going to the same city, and almost never the same load. To get matching jobs (same load to same destination) you and your friend(s) need to take External Contracts. I agree with you for a multiplayer with us (3-6 persons only) with our mods, I think SCS need to add a mod for hosting our private server, i don't know if SCS asks questions about this. Set by phpBB, used for the "remember me" option. Set by phpBB to identify user sessions. Set by phpBB to store the user ID.
For the most part it works just like the normal SP game. There is no AI traffic, just other players on the road. You have to watch out for the kids who like to bomb around crashing into everyone else (in both trucks and cars), but mostly folks are just trying to make their deliveries without damage; some are more courteous on the road than others.

Both of them have separate profiles because both of them are for different purposes.
